They provide quick quote proposals and options, up front pricing, no upselling, very responsive to emails, text, phone calls and work with the customer to provide customized solutions. We had very specific repair and preventative work that needed to be completed in tight time frame and Jerry lived up to his promise for completion date. We have a multi-level, combination of flat roofs on our house. One corner needed reconstructing, due to rotting wood. Jerry’s team’s craftsmanship is next level, and they provided three times the stability as before. It looks brand new, like nothing ever happened. That same roof needed a new membrane and all the roofs needed a top seal and silver coat, along with some trim. We are so pleased with their work.
