I work at home and am on my computer all day, and he communicated with me awesomely through email, text, and phone, always the perfect way for the situation. When he went to get the work permit at the village hall, there was some issue with the water bill, and he paid the outstanding bill so that he could get the permit and start the work on time. I thought that was very classy and immensely professional and helpful (and we reimbursed him, of course). His price was super fair, the work was done within a week of scheduling, and everything looks great. We ended up needing some extra things, like I requested they clean out the upper gutters since we couldn’t reach them with our ladder, and they obliged. They hooked up a bathroom exhaust fan, and they were very reasonable about the shingles they were removing and the wood they had to replace. They cleaned up very well. Nobody likes needing a new roof, but this was about as painless a process as this can be! I would definitely hire them again and will refer them!”
